At DimpleSteel, we specialise in crafting custom pillow plates tailored to your exact specifications. With our engineering expertise, we support you throughout the design and production process. In samenwerking met LM engineering hebben wij een geavanceerd koelsysteem ontwikkeld voor het koelen van lucht in een gesloten systeem. Deze gekoelde lucht wordt specifiek ingezet om houtskool te koelen direct na het brandproces in de oven.
Het totale project omvat 9 ovens, die elk worden uitgerust met een eigen, op maat gemaakt Pillow Plate koelsysteem. Elk systeem wordt geleverd als een plug-and-play skid, compleet uitgerust met:
- 100 kW Pillow Plate warmtewisselaar (PPHE) -> inclusief onderhouds- en inspectieluik
- Een krachtige motor van Almeco Industrial Fans
- Flexibele manchetten, cones en een robuust montageskid
Naast deze 9 skids bestaat de totale installatie uit 2 kunststof koelwaterbuffertanks van Enviro Tech en een adiabatische koeler van Almeco Fluid Cooling Systems. Omdat de 9 ovens op batchprocessen werken, vangen de buffertanks ( die voor en na de koeler werden geplaatst) de onregelmatige debieten op. Nadat de warmte via de koeler is onttrokken, stroomt het gekoelde water direct weer terug naar de PPHE’s.
