About this role
As an HVAC Project Manager, you are responsible for the full follow-up of our projects, from quotation to final delivery. You coordinate the teams and monitor budget, planning, and quality.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and develop quotations for new projects (new construction and renovation)
- Request pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Calculate project costs (materials, hours, margins)
- Follow up on ongoing construction sites from A to Z
- Maintain contact with clients, architects, and construction partners
- Attend site meetings and prepare reports
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Solve technical and practical issues on site
- Oversee aftercare and project handover
Your profile
- Strong technical knowledge of sanitary installations and HVAC systems
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the sanitary sector
- Experience in cost estimation and quotation preparation
- Ability to read technical drawings and strong technical insight are essential
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluent in Dutch, basic knowledge of French is a plus
- Driving license B
